2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities for payment of his pensionary benefits and other emoluments.

3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the petitioner submits a representation before the Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue, Balod, his case for grant of pensionary benefits would be considered and finalized.
4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off at this stage, by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a duly constituted representation for grant of pensionary benefits along with copy of this order before the Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue, Balod, within 10 days’ from today. In turn, the Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue, Balod, shall consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within 10 days’ thereafter.
5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands finally disposed off.
