Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Anganbadi Sahayika for Anganbadi Centre Dhourapara. He submits that though the appointment of the petitioner is for Anganbadi Centre, Dhourapara, however, said centre is running at village-Mohanpur Khas and Anganbadi Centre Mohanpur Khas as per the Government record is running at Village-Dhourapara. With respect to the discrepancy in the name of Anganbadi Centres, petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No.6 on 24.7.2023. Till date, representation is not considered, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.6 to take decision on the representation.

Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer, he is having no objection.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Anganbadi Centre as per their name is not running within the village on which it is named, but the Anganbadi Centre as per Government record is running in the other village, which is sought to be corrected in the current record.

In the aforementioned facts of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation

before respondent No. 2, 3 & 6 and in the event, petitioner submits fresh representation, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
