Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the appropriate pay-scale, one of the petitioners has filed representation vide Annexure P/4, which was considered and returned to the concerned petitioner by the 16 th Battalion vide Ex.P/5. He further submits that the said represent did not consider by the Director General of Police, Raipur, before whom the representation was made, therefore, the direction may be given to the concerned authority to consider and decide the same within stipulated time.

Be that as it may, petitioners are at liberty to make additional representation to respondent No.2, within 3 weeks from today which will be considered by respondent No.2 within 3 months from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order without being influenced by order dated 15.10.2014 (Ex.P/5).

With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petitions stand disposed off.
