He would further submit that respondent authorities have given assurance to the petitioner to reinstate him in his employment and in this regard, Chief Conservator of Forest has written memo dated 11.03.2024 to Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Forest Division, Mungeli, hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises.
