1. Heard Mahendra Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the respondents/State.
2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :
“i) Quash and set-aside the impugned orders dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure-P/1) & order dated 08.01.2019 (Annexure-P/2) issued in respect to constituting Special Investigation Team (SIT) to reinvestigate the FIR No. 09/2015 of the EOW, Raipur CG
ii) Quash and set-aside the FIR No. 06/2019 (Annexure-P/3) which was consequentially lodged on 07.02.2019 at P.S. EOW/ACB Raipur by the Respondent No.5 (SIT), including any and all consequential step(s) and/or investigation(s) undertaken by the Respondent state pursuant to the said FIR;
iii) Quash and set-aside the FIR No. 07/2009 (Annexure P/4) which was consequentially lodged on 11.02.2019 at P.S. EOW/ACB Raipur by the Respondent No.5 (SIT), including any and all consequential step(s) and/or investigation(s) undertaken by the Respondent state pursuant to the said FIR;
iv) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case along with costs of the petition be awarded”
