1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an application for refund of the Court Fees was moved before respondent No.1/Collector and thereafter it was forwarded to respondent No. 2. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the application moved by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
2. On the other hand, Mr. Minj, learned Government Advocate would submit that if any application moved by the petitioner is pending, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the application moved by the petitioner for refund of the Court Fees has been pending since 25.07.2023 before the respondent authorities, it is expected that the said authority shall decide the application of the petitioner preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation(s), the present petition is disposed of.
