1. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the concerned Collector.

However, if petitioner prefers an appeal before the concerned Collector, same will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. Certified copy be returned to the petitioner after retaining its xerox copy.
