The petitioner who is a member of the Co-operative Society and whose name is placed at Serial No. 49 of the voter list preferred the present writ petition seeking following reliefs:

That the appointment of Shri Sunil Khujur as State Cooperative Election commissioner be quashed.

That the appointment of Smt Kiran Gupta as Registration Officer and returning officer made by Shri Sunil Khujur be set-aside.

That the preparation of voters list by respondent No. 3 be quashed and direction may be given for preparation of fresh voters list.

That any other relief this Hon’ble Court may deem fit including costs in the interest of justice.

Mr. Shrivastava, appearing for the respondents by referring Annexure R/1 submits that election has already been completed in the year 2015 itself and even now the tenure of the said election has already been completed.

Hence, looking to the fact that the election has been completed and the tenure of the said election has already been expired, the petition has now become infructuous.

In view of the above this application is dismissed as having
