10,01,00,000/- having validity up to 07.11.2023 which were to be used as performance guarantee and additional performance guarantee in contract. It is further allegation against the applicant that when, the query was made from him, being the Branch Manager of the Bank, State Bank Branch Suryapur regarding from where the FDRs were issued, the applicant confirmed that the forged FDRs to be genuine and the same were issued from the Bank. On the basis of the F.I.R. aforementioned offences were registered and the applicant was arrested.

Sections 406, 418, 420, 465, 471, 120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He contended that in the memorandum statement of the applicant, applicant has admitted his guilt and had narrated as to how, he participated in the commission of offence. He further contended that the bail application of the co-accused person namely Arunachalam Prakash has also been rejected vide order dated 06.02.2024 in M.Cr.C. No. 711/2024 and the case of the applicant is also on similar footing. He submits that the laptop as also, the mobile phone of the applicant has been sent for F.S.L. Examination, its report is still awaited. The offence under Section 120B along with other offences is also registered against the applicant and the co-accused person, hence, he is not entitled for grant of bail.
