It is pertinent to mention here that earlier bail application filed by the applicant rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2023 passed in MCRC No.3362/2023.

He also submits that the applicant is languishing in jail since 21.01.2023 and so far only 10 witnesses have been examined and trial Court is likely to take considerable time for disposal of the case. Therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on bail.
