Applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 128 of 2020 registered at Police Station – Janakpur, District – Korea, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for applicant, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, taking note of the fact that applicant is in jail since 17.09.2020 and till 18.07.2023, 11 witnesses have already been examined, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and take all necessary steps and measures for causing presence of prosecution witnesses as provided under B.N.S.S., 2023.
