1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he seeks a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest as applicant is languishing in jail since 20.11.2022.
2. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes.
3. Taking into consideration the fair submission made by Mr. Dembra, present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the pending trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
