1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.168/2023 registered at Police Station Basna District Mahasamund (C.G) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of the NDPS Act.
2. The earlier bail application of the applicants were dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 20.06.2023

passed in MCRC No.4258/2023.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the application and also prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court hopes and trusts that the trial Court shall make earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously.
