1 . Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that due to inadvertence, the order passed in WP227 No. 570 of 2013 could not be complied with, following which WP227 No. 570 of 2013 was dismissed. He would further submit that State has a good case on merits, thus, he would pray for restoration of WP227 No. 570 of 2013.

2 . On the other hand, learned counsel for respondents would oppose.

3 . Taking into consideration the reasons and grounds assigned in the application, the application for restoration is allowed. Accordingly, WP227 No. 570 of 2013 is restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
