2. This MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for complying the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in MCC No.1038/2019.

3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that by order of this Court dated 14.12.2023, passed in MCC No.1038/2019, Second Appeal No.22/2004 (which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order of this Court dated 27.03.2019), was restored to its original number

subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- before the High Court Legal Services Committee and file proof thereof before this Court within 15 days from the date of said order. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the said amount of cost could not be paid within the stipulated period of time and, therefore, he prays for extension of time for payment of the amount of cost.

4. In that view of the matter, time is further extended up to 01.04.2024 to comply the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in MCC No.1038/2019.

5. With the aforesaid direction and modification in the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in MCC No.1038/2019, the present MCC stands disposed off.
