The applicants have filed this application seeking further extension of time for considering and deciding the representation of the respondents as ordered by this Court vide order dated 27.06.2024 in WP (C) No. 3236 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that due to some administrative reasons and in the process of ascertaining final dues from different departments and approval at various levels, some more time is required to take decision on the representation of the respondents and prays for further 90 days time.

Considering the submission of the counsel for the applicants as also, the pleadings made in the application, application is allowed. The applicants are granted further 06 weeks time from today to comply with the order dated 27.06.2024 passed in WP (C) No. 3236 of 2024.
