This MCC has been filed for seeking 3 months time to comply the order dated 03.05.2023 Annexure P/4 passed in WPS No. 2873/2023. This Court on 03.05.2023 passed the following order in WPS No. 2873/2023:-

“4. Considering the fact that order impugned is appealable before respondent No.2, this petition is disposed of. In eventuality of filing of appeal before respondent No.2, it is expected that the authority shall decide the same strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.”

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have issued letter to respondent regarding appeal on 27.06.2023, 17.07.2023, 12.10.2023 and 14.11.2023. The respondents vide its letter dated 03.11.2023 received by the applicants on 07.11.2023 has filed the appeal. He further submits that some time is being taken to decide the appeal, therefore, he prays that further three months time may be granted to decide the appeal of the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further 30 days time is granted to decide the appeal from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
