2. This MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for deciding the applicant’s representation dated 10.04.2024 by respondent No.6/Union of India pursuant to order of this Court dated 01.04.2024 passed in WA No.608/2022.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the materials available on record, time up to 01.07.2024 is granted to the respondent No.6/Union of India to decide aforesaid representation dated 10.04.2024 of the applicant and, till such time, interim order dated 14.05.2009, passed by this Court in WP(S) No.2503/2009 and continued by order dated 04.11.2022, passed in the WA No.608/2022, shall remain in operation.
4. Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed off. No cost(s).
