1. This appeal has been filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, against the award dated 31.10.2015 passed by the Court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bemetara, District: Bemetara (C.G.), in Claim Case No. 165/2014 (“Jagdish Prasad @ Madan Dindore & Another

Vs. Gopal Das & Ors.”) whereby the Tribunal has partly allowed the amount of compensation.
2. After restoring of MAC, no one has appeared for the appellant on 26.04.2024, 15.06.2024 & today i.e. 24.06.2024 also no one appeared to argue the case, it appears that the appellant is not interested in this case.
3. In the absence of any representation on behalf of the appellant, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
