1 . This appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 27.09.2022 passed by the learned Judge of Family Court, Jashpur, District- Jashpur (C.G.) in Civil Suit Case No. 16A/2021.

2 . The record would show that the wife had filed an application seeking divorce against her husband before the learned Judge of Family Court, Jashpur, District- Jashpur (C.G.) which was allowed vide order dated 27.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions would submit that the wife though has filed the appeal and she is not aggrieved by the decree of divorce passed by the concerned Family Court but the direction to pay an amount of Rs.8,000/- for the minor children namely Muskan Painkra and Bhoomi Painkra. He further submits that the said amount may be paid to the minors alone and proper safeguard may be placed.

4 . Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the appellant is not paying the amount as directed by the learned Family Court, Jashpur. However, she has no objection if suitable direction is issued for payment of the said amount for the welfare of the children.

5 . Since the order is challenged only to the limited extent that the amount of maintenance of Rs.8,000/- may not be paid to the

husband, we deem it proper that the total amount of maintenance of Rs.8,000/- is allowed to be monitored by the wife to be spent for the welfare of the children. The amount of Rs.8,000/- shall be paid in each and every month by the wife in the joint account of the children and the husband. The husband shall only reorganise the same towards the welfare of the minor children and husband shall quarterly deposit the account sharing detail of expenditure before the the Family Court, Jashpur (C.G.).

6 . In absence of any such account, the wife would be entitled to get hold of the amount to be spent for the benefit of minor children.

7 . In view of above discussion, the appeal stands disposed of.
