1. The petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984 read with Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., against the order dated 18-6-2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Janjgir Champa in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No 277

of 2022, by which the learned Family Court has awarded maintenance of Rs.8000/- per month to non-applicant/wife
2. This Court has already rejected Criminal Revision No. 835 of 2024 filed by the respondent/wife – Smt. Akanksha Singh herein for enhancement of maintenance awarded on 18-6-202f4 by the learned Family Court, Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No 277 of 2022 by which the learned Family Court has awarded maintenance of Rs.8000/- per month to the wife. This Court while dismissing the Criminal Revision filed by
3. Si nce this Court has already dismissed the Criminal Revision filed by the wife for enhancement of maintenance amount, I do not find any good ground to interference in the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court which is afÏrmed by this Court.
4. A ccordingly, the instant Criminal Revision being devoid of merit is liable to be and is accordingly dismissed.
