for one month, as passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Takhatpur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Case No.1069/2011 vide judgment dated 05.07.2011, has dismissed the appeal.

since October, 2009, i.e. for more than 15 years. Further, the applicant was in jail from 28.11.2011 to 14.12.2011, and thus he incarcerated the jail sentence for 17 days and applicant has no criminal antecedents, he may be sentenced to the period already undergone by him. Lastly, he submits that fine amount has already been deposited by the applicant.

to be on bail, therefore, his bail bonds shall remain in force for a period of six months as per the provisions contained in Section 437-A of the
Cr.P.C.
