1. As per the letter of Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Sanjari District – Balod (C.G.) dated 01.10.2024 submitted by counsel for the applicant, which has also been verified by state counsel, wherein, it has been reported that the applicant/accused Neresh Kumar Jagnayak has completed his jail sentence and has been released from jail on 26.10.2012 after getting remission.
2. In view of above, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this revision.
3. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as not pressed.
