of rakshabandhan, when she made a call to her father, then, accused/Respondent No.3 i.e. her husband did not want to send her but later on, he got convinced and sent her with her father where she stayed for 15 days and thereafter, the accused/Respondents i.e. her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law came to her parental house and insulted her parents for not giving them car or necklace at the time of marriage. Then the parents of the Complainant called Rajesh Kumar Sahu (PW-3), Leelaram (PW-4), Madan Verma (PW-6) and Vidrendra Kumar Baghel (PW-11), who have convinced the accused/Respondents and thereafter, they took the Complainant to their house. It is alleged that at the time of Ganesh Chaturthi festival, her health deteriorated and for the sake of dowry, the accused/Respondents have abused and beaten her and also confined her in a room and not allowed her to contact her parents over mobile, then she called her father and told him that if he would not take her back, they would kill her. On such information, on the next day, her father along with other society members, came to her matrimonial home and tried to convince the accused/Respondents and thereafter, her husband produced some paper wherein, it was stated that they (the Complainant party) will not make any complaint in the police station.
