4. Petitioner in person submits that he has moved an I.A. No. 1 of 2024, which is an application for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to file afresh with annexing the necessary documents. Petitioner in person also fairly submits that the charges have been framed against him.
5. Learned State counsel, appearing for respondent No. 1/State, has no objection.
6. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner in person, I.A. No. 1 of 2024 is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
