2. Th e present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :

“It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. and entire criminal proceedings against the petitioner relating to Crime No.110/2018 registered in P.S. Bhilai Bhatti, District Durg for the offence punishable under Section 294, 506, 323 of IPC in the interest of justice”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for quashment of the F.I.R. in Crime No.110/2018 registered against the petitioner at Police Station - Bhilai Bhatti, District – Durg.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in the present case charge-sheet has been filed and the charges have also been framed against the petitioner. The statement of prosecution witnesses Nos.1 and 2 have already been recorded and there no any good ground to interfere in the matter at this stage, hence the petition be dismissed.

5. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and peruse the material available on record.

6. Considering the fact as pointed out by the respondent counsel that the trial is at advance stage and the statement of two prosecution witnesses have been recorded in the present petition, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter at this stage.

7. In view of the same , this petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the trial.
