1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet vide Crime No. 291 of 2016 registered as Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh for the offence punishable under Sections 304/34, 302 of the IPC pending against the petitioners. ”
2. Mr. Rahil Arun Kochar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have already preferred a CRMP No. 1358 of 2017, which was decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 07.07.2023.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous .
