that his sister is raising quarrel with him and then he went to the house of his sister and asked him about the incident then she disclose that she woke up in the morning late and for that reason the appellant has beaten her. He convinced his sister and return back to his house. Two days thereafter, the appellant again made a telephonic call to her and informed about the rude behaviour of his sister, he again met his sister and then she disclose about the harassment given by her in-laws and her husband that they were frequently raising quarrel with her for the reason that she is not doing any work. When he asked about the incident from his sister, she disclose the entire incident and harassment given by the appellant and his family members. Again in the next morning when he met with his sister she insisted him to take her back and then the accused person have taken the note in writing that he is taking his sister his own will. After 4 - 5 days, his brother Devnarayan again left his sister to her matrimonial house but the incident of harassment was continued and whenever he met with his sister she made allegation against the appellant and his family members about the harassment and cruelty. He further stated that on 26.03.2006 his sister informed him by telephone that the appellant is demanding Rs. 50,000/- and then he informed her that he will come on sunday but he could not went there as he was suffering from some ailment. On 02.04.2006 he came to know about the death of his sister. In his cross-examination, he stated that he regularly visited to the house of his sister and the appellant made a complaint to him that his sister is not doing routine work, he admitted that the demand of Rs. 50,000/- was never made either from him or from his father by the appellant.
