1 . This appeal arises out of the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.12.2010, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, District- Raipur (C.G.) in S. T. No. 2/2010, whereby the appellant stand convicted under Section 304(b) and 498-A of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo S.I. for 7 years and S.I. for six months respectively with fine of Rs. 500/- and Rs. 100/- respectively, in default of payment of fine, to further undergo S. I. for 1 month.

Station Bhatapara, District Balodabazar wherein it has been stated that the appellant- Yogesh kumar has expired on 26.06.2024. A death certificate of the accused appellant is enclosed herewith the ofÏce report.
