between the parties and altercation took place, by which, the appellant assaulted the deceased by wooden stick, by which, he suffered grievous injuries and thereafter, he was escorted to the hospital wherein he died during treatment. The matter was reported to the police, pursuant to which, Merg Intimation was registered vide Ex.P-15, FIR was registered vide Ex.P-17, Inquest was conducted vide Ex. P-13 and dead body of deceased Anjori Ram was subjected to post-mortem, which was conducted by Dr. Datta Sorte (PW-16), who proved the post-mortem report vide Ex.P-29, in which, cause of death was stated to be shock & hemorrhage due to head injury and as per his statement, death was unnatural & homicidal in nature. Pursuant to memorandum statement of the appellant (Ex.P-4), bamboo stick was seized vide Ex.P-5, which was sent for chemical examination to FSL along-with other seized articles and as per the FSL report (Ex.P-27), blood was found on the seized bamboo stick.
