assistant settlement officer/ competent authority to pass a reasoned order showing the compliance of rule 4, 5 & 6 of Rules framed under Section 178 of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, in compliance of that the order has been passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Kasdol on 12/03/2020 stating therein that there are certain objections by co-sharer and purchasers of the land who are in possession of the same and since the land has been transferred in favour of the respective purchasers and question of title arose in their favour therefore the compliance of Rule 4, 5 & 6 made under Section 178 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, in not possible.
