The present contempt petition is filed against the non compliance of order dated 23.08.2021 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1807/2020.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the order in question

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the terms and conditions of the policy the payment has not been done, for which, liberty may be granted to challenge the same.

In view of aforesaid submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt proceedings. It is accordingly closed . However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order, if he aggrieved with the said order.
