The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“ 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be called for the record.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be direct the respondent authorities that those persons /labours they are entrapped in the other state to giving any facility for coming in their native place.
10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to compliance the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Package (Annexure P/2) to the poor peoples in the Chhattisgarh.
10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities that toll free number which are given to the respondent authorities they are not given any response therefore the Hon'ble Court may kindly be direct for

response to poor peoples and solve their problems immediately by the toll free numbers.
2. Mr. Nasimuddin Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.
3. Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for State, has no objection.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
