1. Heard Mr. Sunil Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Gagan Tiwari, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents.
2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call of records of the petitioner for its kind perusal.

10.2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to complete the investigation and submit the report before this Hon’ble Court as early as possible.
10.3. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased, if deem fit, issued the direction to the respondents to submit their enquiry report under the observation of this Hon’ble Court.
10.4. Any other relief, which Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper of the case, may be allowed.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the present case investigation has been concluded and the closure report has already filed.
4. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands disposed of
with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the closure report.
