Heard Mr.Kshitij Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms.Madhunisha Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order of appropriate nature, directing the Respondent authorities to produce the entire record / case diary with respect to the FIR No.514/2021, dated 19.10.2021, registered with the Respondent No.3.

10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order to the Respondent No.1 to take severe & prompt action against the erring officials.

10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/direction/order, directing the Respondent No.01 & 02 to ensure that the investigation against the Respondent No.04 is conducted promptly and strictly in accordance with law.

10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ / direction / order, directing the Respondent No.1 to ensure the safety of the petitioner.”

Ms. Madhunisha Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State states that the investigation is still pending as the accused is absconding.

Considering the submission of learned Deputy Advocate General, we direct the Investigating Officer-respondent No.3 of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, if already not

concluded, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner is directed to produce a copy this order to the investigating officer within a period of one week from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed
