Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner's application for grant of leave will be decided by the District Magistrate, Bilaspur, in accordance with law expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the District Magistrate, Bilaspur, is directed to decide the petitioner's application within 15 days' from today in accordance with law.
