The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“ A. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and call for the entire records pertaining to the present case.
B. That, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction quashing charge-sheet bearing No. 285/2022 dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P/1) registered against the petitioners at Police Station – Maalkharoda, Sakti, Chhattisgarh.
C. Any other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
D. That, the cost of the petition may kindly also be awarded to the petitioner. ”
2. Ms. Supriya Upasane, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. before the competent Court.
3. Mr. Wasim Miyan, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2/State has no objection.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for, if the matter survives.
