1. The limited relief the petitioner seeks for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to ensure that property of the petitioner for which necessary steps and committee have also been established for demarcation of his property that situates at Khasra No.318/2 measuring 0.62 Acres at village, Tehsil and District Korba be done at the earliest.
2. The State counsel submits that it appears that repeated steps have been taken but for some practical difficulty with the authorities till date the demarcation could not be done.
3. Be that as it may, considering the limited nature of relief that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to ensure that the property of the petitioner for which steps have already been taken by the revenue authorities and a committee/team has already been constitute, visits and site and his property is demarcated in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
