1. The grievance of petitioner is the inaction on the part of respondent no.2 in taking a decision on the application for grant of Bhumiswami rights over 61 square meter of Nazul land in occupation by the petitioner in Sheet No.6-D, Plot No.281 situated at Bhatapara, Tehsil & PS Bhatapara, District Balodabazar Bhatapara.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on 12.02.2020 an application in this regard was filed but till date no decision has been taken whereas under the guidelines dated 24.02.2022 issued by the

State Govt., a decision has to be taken by the authority concerned within a period of two months.

Given the limited grievance of petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to immediately scrutinize the claim of petitioner and take an appropriate decision, after due verification so far as the entitlement of petitioner is concerned, in accordance with the schemes and guidelines of the State Govt. Let a decision be taken positively within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
