1. This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been brought praying for issuance of direction to the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, Chhattisgarh to expedite the recovery of arrears of maintenance in Cr.M.J.C. No.860/2022

2. The petitioner has in her favor on order dated 05.02.2022 passed in Miscellaneous Judicial Case No.1289/2018 granting maintenance. The execution proceeding under Section 125(3) of CrPC was filed on 05.07.2022, which is pending.
3. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that till date there is no progress in the said execution proceeding, therefore, specific direction be issued.
4. After considering the submissions, the petition is disposed off. The learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg is directed to expedite the proceeding and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months.
