“10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the petitioner case for its kind perusal.
10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ to quash the impugned order dated 18/02/2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Court of District judge in Arbitration Case No. 06-A/2012 and declare the same as void and inoperative.
10.3 The Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ to the court below and direct to decide the application under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as soon as possible.
10.4 Any other relief/relief's which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case with cost of the petition may also be granted to the
petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
