The petitioner moved an application under Sections 7 & 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1956 and the same is pending for consideration before the Family Court, Korba. The petitioner moved an application seeking therein visitation right and the learned trial Court partly allowed the application and directed the respondent to remain present on each date of hearing alongwith the children so that the petitioner may meet them. Against that order, the petitioner has preferred this petition.
