Skhiksha Karmis working the Panchayat have been absorbed in the School Education Department, therefore, on this count Zila Panchayat has filed the present review petition seeking review of the order dated 1-8-2022 passed in WPS No 4989 of 2022 merely on the ground that without appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the question of law in its true perspective allowed the petition.
