Sushil Lakda called the victim on her mobile phone and asked that he would drop her to her house from her relatives house at Ambikapur. As the victim was known to the applicant Sushil Lakda, he took permission from her mother and the mother of victim permitted her to go with Sushil at her house at Pratappur. Applicant Sushil Lakda took the victim from Ambikapur, however, on the way he stopped the motorcycle near Chandarpur forest area, where applicant Ranjeet Toppo was present and after leaving the victim in the company of applicant Ranjeet Toppo, Sushil went away. Applicant Ranjeet took the victim inside the forest and has committed forceful sexual intercourse with her. Matter was reported to the concerned police station, based upon which aforementioned crime was registered against applicants.
