1. On earlier two occasions, i.e., 15.09.2023 and 03.10.2023 none had appeared nor any representation was made on behalf of the applicant. Even today when the case is called in the second round of hearing no one appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the applicant.
2. In the above circumstance, in absence of any representation, this Court is left with no any other option but to dismiss this bail application for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the instant MCRC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
