The accused/applicants have moved these bail applications under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail in connection with Crime No. 177 of 2022 registered at Police Station Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for commission of offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that they may be permitted to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file appropriate bail applications before the concerned trial Court on the basis of examination of material prosecution witnesses, who have allegedly not supported the case of the prosecution.

Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
