regular bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court and in compliance of the Court’s order dated 19.12.2022 passed in MCRC No.10207/2022 by co-ordinate Bench, the applicant had to surrender on 04.01.2023 before the Court below but till date he has not surrendered. Being so, the present bail application preferred by the applicant specifically praying for grant of ad-interim bail, is not maintainable.
