the owner of the said Mill. It is alleged that when the Complainant along with a pillion rider of his motorcycle reached between Junglepur-Khairwar, a bike rider pushed their vehicle as a result of which, they fell down and thereafter by throwing chilli powder on them, the Applicant along with the other co-accused took away the said money, therefore, the offence as aforesaid was registered against the present Applicant.
