applicant No.1 filed an application under Section 125 of CrPC against the respondent before the Trial Court, which was registered as Misc Cr. Case No.633/2011. In that case on the basis of compromise of both the parties, the learned Trial Court awarded maintenance of Rs.1500/- in favour of the applicant No.1 and Rs.2800/- in favour of applicant No.2. After some time, the applicants filed an application under Section 127 of CrPC for enhancement of the maintenance amount and the learned Trial Court in Misc Criminal Case No.196/2015 allowed the application of the applicants on 05.01.2016 and enhancement the maintenance amount and awarded Rs.2,000/- in favour of the applicant No.1 and Rs.4,000/- in favour of the applicant No.2. Again the applicants filed an application under Section 127 of CrPC for enhancement of the maintenance amount and case was registered as Misc Criminal Case No.716/2018 and the learned Trial Court on 12.03.2019 enhanced the maintenance amount and awarded Rs.2500/- in favour of the applicant No.1, whereas claim of the applicant No.2 was rejected and no amount was enhanced in her favour, against which the respondent filed an application under Section 127 of CrPC for reducing the award passed by the Trial Court vide order dated 12.03.2019.
