The present CRMP has been filed seeking for modification of the order passed by this Court in MCRC No. 130/2023 disposed of on 07.02.2023.The modification sought for is to the extent of the erroneous crime number that has been reflected. According to Counsel for the Applicant, the Crime No. 11/2022 has wrongly been reflected whereas it should have beenCrime No. 11/2021 registered at Police Station Kota, Bilaspur. The said modification is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present CRMP stands allowed. It is ordered that in MCRC No.130 of 2023 decided on 07.02.2023, the Crime number shall be read as**“Crime No. 11/2021”**instead of “Crime No. 11/2022.
